Vickers Design Group worked with The Woodbery Group to master plan a site for a multifamily development.

The initial concept included retail space along Spring Road as part of the two-building complex. Plans included 153 two- and three-bedroom units with an exterior aesthetic mix of contemporary colors and materials unique to the area.
