Clark-Ventures purchased the Park at Abernathy Square apartment complex with plans to update and reposition the property.

Vickers Design Group created an updated amenity package consisting of a new, modern, lodge-styled clubhouse and poolside cabana. The Park at Abernathy Square clubhouse includes leasing offices, a multi-purpose club room, and a fitness center. The cabana includes men’s and women’s changing rooms and an outdoor kitchen.
