Vickers Design Group designed The Kendrick with efficiency in mind. A prestigious corner parcel in the newly formed city of Brookhaven provided design challenges due to the site’s small size and new jurisdiction requirements.

Formerly a gas station, the site required remediation. The new building features ground-floor retail and second-floor office space. Cost-effective exterior stairs and multi-colored brick cornices create a subdued, historic aesthetic. Upper-floor column spacing creates flexibility to house a variety of tenants on each floor.
