Project Highlights

The renovation of Corus 360 included the removal of the existing concrete precast exterior skin and roofing system. The newly designed high-efficiency wall and roofing system made the building more environmentally friendly and updated the look of the building to attract and accommodate the software company. Additional exterior windows increased natural daylight contributing to the building achieving LEED Gold Certification.
