athletic, hiker, traveler, runner, foodie, adventurous, ambitious, techy, 3D modeler

I was born in Ohio but spent most of my childhood in Georgia. My passion for the industry started at an early age, and growing up, I loved watching construction sites develop. Originally, I had planned to become an engineer because of my passion for creating 3D models and designing concepts for advancements in mechanics; however, after taking an architecture class in high school, I decided to chase the dream of designing buildings. I attended architecture school at the Savannah College of Art and Design, where I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture and a minor in Architectural History.

During my time at SCAD, I was given the opportunity to compete in multiple design competitions, allowing me to collaborate and learn from professionals, professors, and my peers. One of my favorite projects was a Disney Imagineering competition; the prompt was to create an amusement park inspired by one of the seven wonders. Our team of four (two architecture students and two illustration students) placed as semi-finalists!

After graduation, I started my career working on multifamily, senior living, and assisted living projects. After a few years, I moved to New York, where I spent my time designing healthcare facilities. After some time in New York, I decided to make the move back to Georgia, where Vickers Design Group caught my attention.

Outside of the office, you can find me trying new restaurants, cafes, and my favorite brunch places. I also enjoy trying new hikes and running long distances.
