Project Highlights

Vickers Design Group worked with Parkside Partners on this new, ground-up spec office building in Technology Parkway. This project is Phase II of their Bureau project.

The design of 125 Technology Parkway is simple and consists of a combination of metal panels and brick veneer. With this being Phase II of an existing project, the design takes several cues from the first phase in terms of color and building style, being more contemporary and industrial. Incorporating cooler tones, such as grays and whites, with pops of bright color is part of a growing trend meant to be a departure from the red brick and beige stucco that has defined suburban office parks for decades. The design also incorporates skylights to provide natural light to areas of the suites furthest from exterior walls, and it also includes operable windows to allow for more natural ventilation and fresh air.
